Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
Welcome to ougist.com. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of This Site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content on this site — including text, images, logos and product designs — is the property of OUGIST and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Products & Pricing
We work hard to keep product descriptions, images and pricing accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes, with a full refund issued. Prices are displayed in US Dollars.
Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel it (for example due to stock issues or suspected fraud) with a full refund. Payment is processed at checkout through our secure gateways. Orders may be cancelled or adjusted free of charge before they are processed for shipping — see our Refund Policy for details.
Shipping
Shipping terms, timelines, rates and HAZMAT ground-transport restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Returns & Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible unused items. Eligibility rules, non-returnable items and the HAZMAT return process are described in our Refund Policy.
Warranty & Fire Replacement
OUGIST fire extinguishers carry a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use and proper maintenance. Fire Replacement Guarantee: if you discharge an OUGIST extinguisher fighting a documented residential or vehicle fire during the warranty period, we will ship you a brand-new replacement at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification. To make a claim, contact support@ougist.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Safety Disclaimer
Fire safety products must be used, stored and maintained according to the included instructions and applicable fire codes. Our content is general education, not a substitute for professional fire-safety advice. Only attempt to extinguish small, contained fires — if a fire spreads or you feel unsafe, evacuate immediately and call 911.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUGIST is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Questions? Contact support@ougist.com.
